Once your Interest in Participating Form is received, and prior to acceptance into the retreat, you will receive an email to set up a pre-arranged zoom meeting or phone call from the Main Facilitator to have conversations exploring the fit between yourself and the retreat process.

The fee for the retreat is $1300 per person ~ ALL INCLUSIVE

(FYI FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS ~ a 2.9% processing fee $37.70 will be added to your total)
SUNRISE GRIEF RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure a space within our Grief Retreat, once accepted by the Facilitator, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your place.
This payment can be made by cheque, e-transfer or PayPal for participants outside of Canada.
Please note: PayPal payments will have a 2.9% processing fee added.

The full payment of the reservation balance is due 30 days before arrival.
The same payment options are available.
If you are experiencing a significant life event that would hinder your participation in the retreat once accepted, and you have already paid your deposit, please contact us ASAP.

Should Sunrise have to cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive at least 2 weeks notice and you will receive a full refund.
Please check with your airline about its cancellation policy.
If flying, we highly suggest purchasing cancellation insurance and medical insurance (if you are coming from outside of Canada.)
Sunrise Grief Retreat is not responsible for travel reservations booked to attend cancelled retreats.
If you depart early during a program, full charges will still apply.
